• Automatic AI transcription in multiple languages

• Configurable rewards system to incentivize reviews
• Google Reviews integration
• Analytics dashboard and conversion metrics
• Deep analysis with conversational AI
• Brand and message customization

2.2 Supported Languages

The service is available in Spanish and English, with automatic transcription and translation of reviews according to the company's configured language.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must maintain the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have authority to bind your organization
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service by applicable law

3.3 Account Types

• Administrator Account: Full access to administrative panel
• Company Account: Access to company campaigns and analytics

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree NOT To

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• Collect user data without appropriate consent
• Manipulate or falsify reviews

4.2 Consequences of Violation

• We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• We may report illegal activities to competent authorities
• We will not be liable for losses resulting from termination

5. Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to your data and content
• You are responsible for obtaining end-user consent
• You warrant having legal right to process collected data
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

• Limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• Right to use aggregated and anonymized data for improvements

5.3 Review Data

• Audio recordings are stored securely
• Transcriptions are automatically generated via AI
• Sentiment analysis is performed automatically
• You can export your data at any time

6. Rewards System

6.1 Configuration

• Companies can configure up to 3 reward levels
• Discount codes are automatically generated
• Code validation is the company's responsibility
• Codes have no expiration date unless specified

6.2 Responsibility

• VOZFEED is not responsible for fulfillment of offered rewards
• The company is responsible for honoring generated codes
• The company must comply with applicable laws regarding promotions

7. Privacy and Security

7.1 Data Protection

• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We encrypt data in transit and at rest
• We conduct regular security audits

7.2 Data Processing

• We process data only according to your instructions and configuration
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent
• We use trusted subprocessors listed in our DPA
• We maintain records of processing activities

7.3 Third-Party Services

8. Intellectual Property

• VOZFEED and all related materials are our property
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

• You retain all rights to your content and data
• You grant us a limited license to process your content
• You can export your data in CSV format at any time

8.3 Trademark

• VOZFEED is a registered trademark
• You may not use our trademark without written permission
• You may use our logo in QR codes generated by the service

9. Warranties and Limitations

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control

9.4 AI Accuracy

• AI transcription and analysis may contain errors
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcriptions
• Sentiment analysis is automated and may vary
• You should review and validate critical results

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOZFEED and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you provide or collect
• Your non-compliance with applicable laws

11. Modifications

11.1 Changes to Service

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features
• We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes
• Material changes will not affect already paid periods

11.2 Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms periodically
• We will notify you of material changes by email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not accept changes, you must stop using the Service

12. Termination

• We will provide data access for 30 days post-termination

• You will lose immediate access to the Service
• QR codes will stop working
• Data will be deleted according to retention policy
• Payment obligations remain in effect

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Negotiation

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

14.2 Mediation

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation or arbitration.

14.3 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration according to applicable arbitration rules.

15. General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification.
